Gym Fitness Journey

 


In this blog I will talking about fitness. It is about loss your weight, gain weight, gain muscle or loose fat from specific part of body. I'll talk about both workout and diet plan. During pandemic demand of online coaching increased and now most of the people prefer home base workout.

Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life.

 

 Preparation of mind:

              Before start your journey (it may be weight loss or gain) whatever you must first prepare your mind for such thing. Because your mind directly connect with your body and when your mind prepare you definitely get results.

 

Diet or workout or both:

            If you want loss weight or gain weight or gain muscle you should fallow both things diet and workout. If you just do work out and not get proper diet then you do not get result because after workout our muscles need basic food. Same if we just get calories and not burn it in gym then we just get fat.

 

Weight Gain Journey:

                        Weight loss (and weight gain) is really determined by how many calories you take in versus how many your body burns.  The more you exercise the more you need to eat, and vice versa.

It is simple to understand if you want to gain your weight then increase your calories .For example normal person need 2000 to 2500 calories in one day but if you want to gain your weight increase your calories up to 3000 to 3500. Choose quality over quantity; eat more fresh vegetables and fruits and less high-fat foods.  Avoid foods such as desserts and fried food, and only eat until you are full. 

                                      



Weight Loss Journey:

                        Track your calories every day and see where you are overeating.  Keeping a food journal is a great way to start.  By writing down EVERYTHING you put in your mouth you can see where you are overindulging and make plans to stick to a healthy eating plan.  Eat several small meals a day, don’t allow yourself to become over-hungry, and always keep healthy snacks available. In weight loss journey you just need to get low calories on daily basis. For example normal person need 2000 to 2500 calories in on day but if you want to gain your weight increase your calories up to 1200 to 1700.  And you should try to burn calories in gym with workout.



                              



70/30 rule:

            Weight loss is 70 percent the foods you eat, and 30 percent exercise. Therefore, it's not scientifically possible to eat everything you want and lose weight—even with a 'magic pill' in place. Lose weight the honest way—with a food and exercise plan that makes sense.
